  • Cancellations: If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Estimates: Any price estimate provided is subject to change based on the actual condition of the vehicle and additional parts or labor required.
  • Completion Time: We will provide an estimated completion time for your vehicle's service, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We will communicate any significant delays to you.

3. Payment Terms

  • Deposit: A deposit may be required for certain services, which will be outlined during the booking process.
  • Full Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, bank transfers, and other forms of payment as agreed upon during service booking.
  • Late Payment: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge a late fee or withhold the release of the vehicle until full payment is received.

4. Warranty and Liability

  • Service Warranty: We provide a warranty on specific services, which will be communicated to you at the time of service. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, or modifications after the service.
  • Liability: Affan Maju Garage is not liable for any damages caused by third-party service providers or parts suppliers. Additionally, we are not responsible for personal items left inside the vehicle.

5. Vehicle Pickup and Storage

  • Vehicle Pickup: You must pick up your vehicle within 3 business days after being notified of service completion. A storage fee may apply for vehicles left unclaimed after this period.
  • Storage Responsibility: While your vehicle is in our care, we will take all necessary precautions to safeguard it. However, we are not liable for damage caused by natural disasters, theft, or other events beyond our control.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your vehicle, including prior damage and any mechanical issues.
  • Compliance: You must comply with any service requirements or instructions provided by our staff to ensure the proper execution of our services.

7. Modifications to the Terms
Affan Maju Garage reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated through appropriate channels, such as our website or social media platforms.
